Regardless of your question or need, we encourage you to talk to your agent first. Many times he or she will be able to answer your question directly, or get back to you with an answer in a short time. If the situation warrants a call to the insurance company, we can help with that as well.
If you have a billing question, we’ll be glad to answer it for you as well. However, it’s important to keep in mind that while we are your agent, you are actually insured by an insurance company, and are likely setup with what is called “Direct Billing”. Direct Billing is where all policy billing is taken care of directly between you and the company you are insured with.

When you have a loss and a possible claim, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately. While it may look like a rather straight-forward process, there are things that you should consider at the time of a loss that might not be obvious. Things such as your obligation to prevent further loss, what to document about your loss and how to do it properly, and even whether or not you should turn in a loss.
If you’ve had a catastrophic loss such as a fire, sewer backup, or water damage, you may want to expedite the clean-up and repair to prevent further damage. In such cases we recommend ICC Restoration and Cleaning. ICC works closely with most insurance companies and can help document your loss, begin the clean-up process, and get your life back to normal as soon as possible.
While you could contact your insurance company directly, we might be able to save you some time and money if you talk to us first during your time of need.
